POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager, Data Analytics & Nursing Services Projects, will play a pivotal role in overseeing data analytics for the Center for Clinical Excellence while collaborating closely with the Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) to drive data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for managing and executing key projects across nursing services to improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient outcomes. The manager will work with clinical and administrative teams to assess data, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance nursing practices and services.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, business, statistics, or other field that requires systematic data analysis. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience using and managing data analytic software. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related role, preferably in healthcare, is strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI). Strong SQL skills for querying and retrieving data from complex data sources in a structured format. Proficient in aggregating data, preparing and cleaning data, and data mining using SQL and Python.
