Job site address: 1221 South Mopac Expressway, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78746 (Telecommuting is allowed anywhere within the U.S.) QUALIFICATIONS: - At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology and Management, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or a foreign equivalency; plus - Minimum 2 years of technical experience in data analysis (e.g., regression, simulation, statistical, etc.) as a data analyst, a data engineer, or any related occupation; - Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL and database development experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Oracle); - Any experience in Python Programming; - Any experience in interacting/retrieving data from Restful APIs; - Any experience with Linux/UNIX environment including shell scripting; and - Any experience working in a Cloud provider environment (Google GCP, Amazon AWS, etc.). - Telecommuting is allowed anywhere within the U.S. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Maintain data capture for 500 disparate MLS data sources from multiple providers. - Create, develop, and document MLS listing data mapping rules. - Collaborate with the downloader development team to give direction for how we want to download listing data using industry-standard best practices. - Develop listing data cleansing and transformation automation rules. - Utilize tools and programs to analyze and convert data to a standardized format. - Recommend and develop continuous process improvements. - Identify and fix data bugs and improve the overall quality of information. - Telecommuting is allowed anywhere within the U.S. TO APPLY: SEND RESUME VIA EMAIL AT:
