o Assist customer management team with deep dive data analysis and reporting for Customer TDY and assignment activities as well as current and future staff planning
o Collect, input, update, manage and perform analysis on large amounts of site, resource, HR and assignment related data o Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional customer support skills o Must be a proven self-starter and make sound judgments with little supervisory intervention o Provide follow-through and follow-up to ensure needed data is procured from various sources and is accurate and complete
o A strong background in the Customer's method of operations is required. o Assisting with forecasting workforce hiring requirements for future fiscal years o Collaborating with mission partners and internal Customer functional orgs to procure necessary data for analysis and decision-making o Assess what information needs to be captured, reported, provided to management for decision-making o Create Power Bi dashboards in order to better visualize patterns and anomalies. o Ability to work in Sharepoint - Post reports, office communications
