Data Analyst with Security Clearance

Piper Companies is currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support a digital transformation team in a remote capacity based in Columbia, MD. Responsibilities for Data Analyst include: Understands, cleans, models, and prepares data derived from an enterprise data warehouse and other primary data sources for analytics use
Identifies and documents key performance metrics for in-market products. Works with stakeholders to develop specific, repeatable definitions of metrics.
Develops and manages effective visualizations for key product metrics using Power BI. Conveys quantitative data in a way that is easily understood by stakeholder
Work with data scientists and analytics staff to operationalize data workflows and modeling.
Participates in meetings with the multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement team and on committees and Represent the department and hospital in community outreach efforts on committees.
Communicates results and metrics with project stakeholders via clear written and spoken communication. Qualifications for Data Analyst include: Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience
Skills and Abilities:
Strong Data Modeling & analysis (familiarity with Databricks, Python/Pandas, SQL etc)
Proficiency with Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
Proficiency with Version Control, such as GitHub or Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel Compensation for Data Analyst includes: Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
