The Data Analyst will operate and manage the AssetWorks data base other wise known as CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). Data Analyst will also file hard copy work orders and store them in a filing cabinet. Data Analyst will monitor email account for repair request and will communicate with the PM or Facility Manager for direction and creation of the repair work order. The data analyst will also update equipment information in the CMMS to maintain the most up-to-date data and PM schedule regarding the equipment. The Data Analyst will keep the Program Manger (PM) informed of any work orders that are coming due, and/or that may be overdue. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrate understating of analytical tools used by the Department of Energy
Communication Skills: Must be able to present findings, or translate data into an understandable message. Must be able to read, write, and speak clearly to communicate complex ideas. Valid state driver's license Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
