Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data Analyst to specialize in integrating and analyzing data from Microsoft Business Central (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) systems, while also focusing on Master Data Management (MDM). This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data, providing actionable insights, and automating workflows to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration and Management:
• Extract, transform, and integrate data to and from Microsoft Business Central and Salesforce to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Design and implement effective data models and synchronization processes to facilitate seamless real-time data flow.
• Enforce data governance policies and maintain data quality compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of integrated data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and business insights using tools such as Power BI or Salesforce dashboards.
• Apply predictive analytics to forecast trends and improve business outcomes.
Master Data Management (MDM):
• Monitor and improve the quality and integrity of master data assets, including customer, product, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and enforce MDM governance policies.
• Optimize data systems and processes for streamlined operations and effective collaboration across the organization.
Automation and Workflow Optimization:
• Automate data-driven workflows between Business Central and Salesforce using tools like Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services and Power Automate.
• Configure and manage integration tools such as KingswaySoft or middleware platforms to support seamless data exchange.
• Build and enhance custom API integrations to address specific business needs.
Collaboration and Support:
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and support on data processes.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and mining with proficiency in statistical tools and techniques.
• Development Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SSDT (SQL Server Data Tools), Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Microsoft Power Automate
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of database management (DB2, SQL), Excel spreadsheets, PowerBI, and programming languages like Python, VBScript, and T-SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Business Central and Salesforce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the functionalities, data structures, and integration methods of these systems.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Salesforce dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Master Data Management Tools: Familiarity with MDM platforms like Informatica, Talend, or similar tools.
• Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft or other middleware solutions.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive data consistency and operational improvements.
