Title: Data Analyst Specialist
Location: Full time onsite in Dallas Monday through Friday .
Duration: 6 months CTH

About:
Client's Single Family Quality Control is currently seeking a motivated reporting analyst to migrate, create and analyze reports for to help identify opportunities to improve loan quality.

Our Impact:
Our team is responsible for leveraging internal tools to implement data analytical processes identify emerging trends related to loan quality and supporting the business through early detection monitoring, and special reviews.

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with team members and interact across organizational lines to meet business objectives.

• Work with business leaders to create reporting that drives the business and identifies new quality trends.

• Think creatively and find innovative ways to develop and implement new reporting or processes.

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify patterns and trends, investigative anomalies, and internal control risks.

• Present the analysis in a comprehensive and clear manner.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of data analysis experience, with a combination of business and technical skills

• 2 years of SAS, SQL programming skills, R or Python programming (SAS Preferred)

• 2 years' experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools

• MBA/MS or equivalent in a business field (Finance, Business, Economics).

• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to conduct database/public records searches
