Data Analyst
Job Summary:
In this role you will serve as a key team member supporting business intelligence and data analytics initiative across the Credit Union. You will assist member, internal staff, and third-party partners by designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying custom data structures, dashboards, and reporting solutions. You will utilize agile development methodology, deliver high quality accurate and secure solutions in a timely and professional manager. In addition, you will assist provide support to other team members within your department.
Salary: $76,000.00-$95,000.00 Yearly Depending on Experience
Location: Tucson, AZ, this is an in-person position based at our Tucson office

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members and staff with application development related matters.
- Participate in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and enhancing custom data structures, data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Gather and analyze user requirements and define solution objectives.
- Participate in project planning and Agile methodologies.
- Provide backup support to other team members in the department and assist with IT helpdesk needs when required.
- Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information Systems, Math or related major, or equivalent certification or work experience.
- Minimum one year of experience:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining SQL server databases, tables, stored procedures, views, jobs and SSIS packages
- developing and maintaining reports using SAP Crystal Reports
- working with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects and Salesforce Tableau

- Experience with:

- DTS/ETL
- MuleSoft AnyPoint
- Azure DevOps and Git
