Overview The Analyst Accounting Data will update and maintain incentive and supplier goal reports, along with adjust current account assignments for the salesforce as per direction received by Sales Management.
Primary Responsibilities - Create Trackers from information provided by Marketing Managers and or Incentive program sheets
- Create Trackers and maintain to ensure they are current and updated
- Track and recap programs monthly, weekly and/or daily
- Prepare various supplier reports for meetings (report cards, reorder reports, etc.)
- Review program data to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with sales Divisions and Marketing Department
- Outstanding/Eligible programs are recapped and sent to necessary departments
- Necessary reports are prepared and updated for Supplier Review Meetings
Additional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma / bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant office experience
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficient in written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced level in Excel using formulas.
- Excellent quantitative problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented and organized
- Works independently with little supervision
- Work with confidential information
