Job Description:

  • Our xfn team is very data-driven.
  • We use data for everything from pitching to merchants, to making ship decisions, to deciding what the next half's roadmap should be.
  • We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will focus on Marketing for our Ads + Promotions team.
  • Projects will involve measuring marketing and comarketing campaigns for our merchant and Client partners, including onsite media, offsite media, and promotions:
  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements.
  • Work with engineering, product teams and 3rd parties to collect required data
  • Build, update, & productionize dashboards & ETLs
  • Develop and implement data quality checks, conduct QA and implement monitoring routines.
  • Provide descriptive analysis and sizing The skills we are looking for
  • Strong sql. Fast and detail oriented.
  • Able to catch small bugs.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage an intake sheet and manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive. Should communicate out if priorities change or if they are blocked.

    Please note: There will be a 20-minute SQL assessment for this position.
