- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI & Alteryx
- Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on request from project teams or leadership
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with best practices
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
- Write queries or develop reports for various analytical projects
- Interprets data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement
- Communicate regularly with the customer service team, management, and the executive team on various ad hoc reporting

- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a similar discipline)
- 1-2+ Years of Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Business Intelligence
- Proficiency with Power BI Software
- Ability to Pass a Technical Skill Interview, Specific to Power BI, Demonstrating Basic Proficiency in Data Importing, Transforming, Basic Calculations & Visualization Creation
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Analytical Thinking Skills, Statistical Knowledge, Highly Organized, Detail Oriented
- Ability to Meet Deadlines and Work in Team Environment and Independently
Bonus Points For:
- Strong SQL Skills & Ability to Manipulate Large Datasets and/or Proficiency with Alteryx
- Experience with Python, R, or other Statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with Database Management and Data Warehousing Concepts
- Prior Experience in eCommerce, Supply chain, or Metals distribution
Job Compensation $47,000+/year (Based on experience) + Quarterly Bonus opportunity
