Whatyou'll do at Sol: - Provide data analytics services to help solve client business problems/objectives, drive business value, and gain strategy and insight from information
- Focus on complex client business problems involving the acquisition, validation, and analysis of data
- Review and analyze new data sources, including identifying data structure and quality issues
- Research data sources in support of client business requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional team members' understanding of what can and cannot be supported with specific datasets
- Integrate various data sources into reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Demo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.)
- Partner closely with internal client teams to understand, support, and improve their data collection and analysis processes and capabilities
- Collaborate with Sol business analysts and provide executive-level analysis and presentations on business-related issues/problems and recommend actions for resolution/improvement
What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience in the data and analytics space
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology and/or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Project Management tools, including MS Project & Visio
- Experience working with data visualization/reporting tools (Demo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to work independently to discover data, understand data relationships, and deliver support to client business teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, including PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced analytical and communication skills via Office/Teams/365.
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
