    If there is no existing solution or process, strive to find an alternate solution or process to help the business achieve goals
    Think beyond what is accepted as possible, negotiate to bring out the best solution beneficial to all
    Comfortable to pull data and do initial analysis using advanced SQL and scripting skills, validate the data, ensure correctness and data quality
    Passionate about learning new technologies and rapid change.
    Serve as SME "go to" person for our core subject areas and drive broader business outcomes
