Job Title: Support Analyst

Location: Blue Lagoon, FL (zip code 33143)-onsite 4x a week, 1 day remote (NOT CONSIDERING RELOCATION CANDIDATES, NEED TO BE LOCAL TO SOUTH FLORIDA)

Duration: 12 month contract

Pay Rate: 65-80k (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education)

Interview Process: 2 Round

W2 (No c2c or sponsorship or 1099 available)

Must Haves:
  • Hands-on SQL experience (writing and extracting queries)
  • Datadog, Grafana, Power BI, and/or Snowflake experience
  • Ability to identify trends within data sets (REQUIRED)
  • Technical expertise - IT background
  • GREAT PERSONALITY. - Needs great customer service skills.
Plusses:
  • Network troubleshooting/support experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer/Data Systems Management or related field is preferred
Day to day:

As the Technology Support Analyst, you will be playing a crucial role in maintaining the overall digital heath of a restaurant. This role involves the effective and strategic monitoring of core order injection processes to identify and resolve issues that may cause restaurants to operate below optimal digital health standards. This individual will leverage the latest technology tools to develop and implement solutions that stabilize and enhance our digital ordering platforms. Also, requiring collaboration with third party aggregators to identify and act on opportunities of improvement. This person needs strong interpersonal skills and patience.
