Roles & Responsibilities - Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, and product teams.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets from large-scale databases using Excel spreadsheets and analytics.
- Deliver clear and effective data visualizations consistently in a timely manner.
- Organize and present reports with clarity and transparency, ensuring they are easy to understand and straightforward to maintain.
- Ensure accuracy by verifying that data is consistent in reporting, messaging, and calculations.
- Coordinates project deliverables and timing with cross-functional teams
- Take charge of facilitating effective communication with clients and swiftly addressing their technical issues to ensure their satisfaction and trust.
Job Location: Hybrid Remote in our office in Greenwich, CT
Required Experience / Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
- Three (3) or more years of experience working as a Data Analyst on large datasets
- Expert proficiency with Excel, including creating and maintaining pivot tables, multi-layer formulas, and macros in VBA.
- Skilled at cultivating strong relationships and adept at sharing valuable insights with executives, clients, and peers to drive collaboration and success.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English are crucial for success.
- Self-confidence to engage effectively with others, proficiently expressing your thoughts clearly.
- Currently eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without any future assistance securing work authorization visas or U.S. permanent residency.
Preferences - Not Required - Experience working for a healthcare provider or healthcare insurance company
