SUMMARY Responsible for performing technical functions related to designing, implementing, and maintaining databases; developing user procedures; analyzing reports and providing insight/suggestions; monitoring standards and procedures; development of a reporting environment; enhancements, testing and production of databases; and producing reports.

- Develops a deep understanding of the business and business needs to ensure analytical requirements are accurately captured and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Develops complex analysis and sophisticated data compilation, verification, and interpretations.
- Supports the design, strategy and build of foundational analytical tools.
- Performs business validation testing as well as data integrity checks.
- Coordinates efforts across Company Teams that can include Operations, Accounting & Finance, Trade, and Sales/Account Management to identify implementation of solutions
- Interacting with others in a collaborative and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.
- Communicate with and/or trains employees and managers on the complex database programs.
- Monitor data for compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Basic Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years experience with BI development (Power BI) and DAX
- Experience with SQL (MS T-SQL preferred), Excel.
- Experience in data mining, ideally in a healthcare environment.
COMPETENCIES - Must have expertise in advanced Excel features including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, data connections, and complex formula creations.
- Must have impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills and have the ability to look at complex data sets and formulate meaningful conclusions.
- Extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be organized and have a strong work ethic.
