Trillium is looking for a Data Analyst.
The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting our financial institution's strategic initiatives by designing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations while managing and analyzing data from our core system and enterprise-wide data platform. This position will also contribute to marketing strategy by providing targeted insights and tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Report & Dashboard Development: Create and maintain recurring reports and real-time dashboards to support business lines across the credit union. Present findings to management as needed.
-Data Expertise & Analytics Solutions: Serve as the go-to data expert, providing analytical solutions for employees and business stakeholders.
-Ad-Hoc Strategic Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to support product development and strategic initiatives, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
-Product & Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all credit union products, services, and overall operations.
-Core System Understanding: Gain expertise in the core processing system to extract and utilize data effectively.
-Innovation & Analytics: Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics methodologies for process improvements and decision-making.
-Competitive Advantage Identification: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize the credit union's competitive edge.
-Market Research: Conduct research into current and potential new markets, reporting insights that highlight competitive advantages.
-Marketing Strategy Development: Identify opportunities within the database to propose new marketing strategies.
-Performance Measurement: Track and report on overall credit union performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executives, managers, and business stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
-This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner.
1st shift. Hourly Pay Range - $44-49 per hour.

Minimum Formal Education:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business/Data Analytics, Computer
Science or Marketing Research. Master's Degree in
Marketing Research, Computer Science or Business
Analytics preferred.
Experience:
-Three years of database management and research
experience required. Marketing research and data
management experience in a financial institution preferred.
-Requires proficient, frequent, and ongoing use of database
software platforms. Strong fundamental knowledge of
financial institution operation and marketing is required.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pandas, Power BI, Jupyter
-Notebook, SMSS, and Excel. Strong technical skills in
areas such as statistics, data visualization, data cleaning,
data mining, and preparation.
-Remote work with in-office training up to 6-weeks.
