Data Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to help us transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, create visual reports, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs. Design and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, clean, and validate data. Translate business requirements into clear analytical tasks and solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling. Assist in building predictive or statistical models in collaboration with data scientists (if applicable). Required Skills: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Solid understanding of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts. Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to explain complex data in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake). Familiarity with A/B testing, data modeling, or statistical methods. Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting best practices.
