Need good Data analysis and SQL skills and very good with large data crunching
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on analytical experience in working as a Data and Business Analyst
- Experience leading projects end to end including international stakeholders
- Conduct end-to-end evaluations of existing processes to design and implement process enhancements and role redesigns to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Financial markets domain - require to have basic knowledge and understanding of Capital Market Products - EQ, Rates - Bonds & IRS, Credit - CDS and Bonds, Commodities etc. along with understanding of basic trade life cycle (from dealer broker perspective)
- Experience working with relational / non-relational databases to turn into insights
- Experience with tools like SQL, Excel & Advanced Excel, Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- Hands-on experience in Scripting Languages (Python)
- Experience in troubleshooting code and logs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
