Responsibilities
As an analyst reporting to the COO and serving as an integral member of the operations
team, you will be responsible for digging into all our data to drive improvements in all facets of the operation including conversion rate and revenue optimization, partner
commissions process, reporting and data infrastructure, and driving higher efficiency and/or effectiveness in operational processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, data science, or similar
discipline.
• Able and willing to travel if/as needed (minimal).
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and R.
• Expertise with data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Experience with leveraging AI for practical business applications.
• Predictive modeling skills and experience with building forecasting models.
• High business acumen.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently under deadline pressures.
• Superb teamwork and leadership qualities: ability to influence and engage reports
and peers.
