What is the opportunity?

It's an exciting time at BOI UK, we are currently migrating and updating our data solution as part of our strategic objective to drive the business to a data-led culture through analytics.

You will work alongside our Data team as we continue to develop and maintain a robust data platform; creating new, impactful reporting with clear insights, backed up by quality data.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking area of the business striving to make a positive difference to our colleagues and customers.

In this role, you will:
  • Capture data and ensure its quality and integrity from ingestion through to reporting.
  • Reconciliation of data with different sources.
  • Identify gaps and support in fixing them.
  • Produce well-structured data documentation for both technical and front end users
  • Embrace agile working practices and pro-actively identifies improvements to data processes
What will make you stand out?

A strong candidate will have experience and be Proficient with Power BI. You will have hands on SQL experience for data extraction and be well versed in MS excel.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills alongside a 'can do' attitude.

The Data, Digital & Strategic Reporting function within Bank of Ireland UK provides strategic planning and delivery of business optimisation, innovation and analytics. These enable the Bank to serve our customers brilliantly, transform our business and deliver sustainable profitability.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the UK with the primary office location being Bristol. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - frequency to be determined by the line manager.

Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.
