Job Description: As aData Analyst, you'll optimize business processes through analytics and program management to support our sales organization. Your efforts will help achieve our monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. We're looking for an ideal candidate with a unique blend of sales expertise, data analytics, financial & operations acumen, and effective communication skills. This exciting role is based in our Brillion, WI location.
THE DAY TO DAY - Identify trends, patterns and outliers in sales performance and draw meaningful conclusions
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools and other visualizations to track overall sales including, but not limited to, key sales territory metrics, program and promotion execution, customer value, and new partner revenue
- Present data visualizations to Sales and Dealer Development teams
- Develop data assets and playbooks to support District Managers and drive sales effectiveness
- Assess risks related to achieving sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Establish and maintain close relationship with Sales and Dealer Development teams to drive improved engagement, execution and communication between groups and with others in the company
THE QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Operations roles in manufacturing organizations; a minimum of 7 years experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience working with dealer and/or retail channels is desirable
- Proficiency with software tools such as Excel, CRM, data analytics, business intelligence, and project management
