Join us and make a difference in National Security. Exciting opening for a Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
- Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
- Develops data models for analysis
- Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
- Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
- Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: - Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead
- Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis
- Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL
Basic Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or 2-6 years with a M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range: Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
