Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, focusing on developing and implementing effective reporting and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will leverage their strong advanced analytical skills, build insightful reports, market intelligence, predictive modeling to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help with strategic decision making. The individual in this role will work with the data and metrics analyst to pull data from various sources, analyze and interpret data, and help leadership make decisions to drive business forward. They will also take manual, repetitive Excel reports and translate them into dashboards and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Work on various special projects across the enterprise or within the organization, with the ability to understand the vision and translate it into presentations that tell the story effectively.
- Identify areas of opportunity, develop, and transform data and artifact visualization.
- Lead and design initiatives that are not fully defined or outlined and show measurable success.
- Be flexible and agile, ready to take on and lead opportunities as they present themselves through requests from leadership or identified gaps within the organization.
- Exhibit collaborative behaviors, an always-learning attitude, and an ability to anticipate and view process improvements holistically to understand the impact within the organization and cross-functionally.
- Communicate with executive leadership and prepare necessary, relevant material applicable and strategically designed for targeted audiences.
- Possess strong organizational skills with an ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database concepts, dealing with large amounts of data.
- Experience with ERP tools such as SAP.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Think Cell, Qlik Sense).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
