Data Analyst III

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst III to support data extraction, analysis, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with SAP S/4HANA and Excel, with a strong foundation in identifying data discrepancies and patterns through advanced filtering and AI-supported methods. This role contributes to the development and definition of technical solutions by analyzing business challenges and developing optimized approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and analyze data from SAP S/4HANA, exporting it into Excel.

Create macros and pivot tables to compare and sort datasets.

Utilize AI programs to detect and categorize duplicate or similar descriptions using natural language processing techniques.

Gather, filter, and validate large datasets, especially focusing on duplicate detection using description fields.

Support the development of new tools, methodologies, and simulations for business process improvements.

Conduct simulations or analytical models to validate hypotheses and optimize business operations.

Configure and maintain environments for testing and prototyping solutions.

Document and report analytical outcomes using appropriate data visualization methods.

Collaborate closely with business experts, customers, and internal product teams to understand and solve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor†s degree in Information Technologies, Database Management, or a related field.

1â€"3 years of experience in data migration or data analysis.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and experience in handling enterprise data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create macros, pivot tables, and perform advanced data analysis.

Familiarity with data cleansing and validation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with the following SAP modules

MM â€" Procurement Module

LE â€" Logistics Execution

Master Data Migration

Experience working with AI-driven tools for data comparison and filtering.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.

Certifications (if any)

Certifications in SAP, Data Analysis, or Database Management are a plus.
