Hybrid Work Schedule - WFH Mon/Fri; in office Tues - Thurs

• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

• Structure large data sets to find patterns and actionable insights-Analyze data to extract insights to guide the business's strategic planning-

• Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data

• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients

• Structures and organizes own work to deliver individually on priorities and customer needs to drive results

• Ability to perform analysis and translate business objectives into actionable analyses

• Experience with large data sets, data reconciliation, and/or data investigation

• Proficiency at querying relational databases (SQL) and ability to pull data from various sources

• Experience with reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau or Power BI-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Supports Data management for Small Cell services in ServiceNow

• Responsible for working assignments related to network creation importing data into the CMDB

• Audit existing data and correct as needed

• Work with business partners to resolve data conflicts

• Ensure quality of data within the CMDB

• Must demonstrate a keen attention to detail

• Recommend process and data model improvements

• Work tasks to research missing information and to populate the CMDB as needed

Experience and Education:

• 1-3 years of experience in software and data management

• Strong computer skills

• ServiceNow CMDB experience is a plus

• In depth knowledge of Excel
