Data Analyst II

Job ID: Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $50/hr. on W2 100% Remote

This position will be responsible for:

• Developing and producing sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analyses around labor availability, costs, and the impacts of policies and programs. This work is critical to support investment decisions.

• Continuously improve reports/analysis based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders

• When required, present findings of various internal groups.
Job Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, and 3-6 years of experience working with labor/workforce data.

• Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build, and manage models for understanding labor availability, the impact of training programs, and policy initiatives

• Direct experience in large industrial economic development projects a plus.

• Fluency with commonly used labor and economic data sources including Lightcast, BLS, etc. Expert in MS Excel.

• Strong communication skills
• both written and verbal.
