The Data Analyst Clerk is responsible for maintaining the RMA/Repair database and functioning as the operational admin/SME for the company's ERP system. The Data Analyst Clerk is also responsible for using data within the RMA/Repair database and Syspro SQL Server to generate reports, use data sets to create insights, and identify and solve operational problems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Database Operational Admin -

• Train staff and other end users on how to use the ERP effectively.

• Co-manage user access controls and permissions.

• Design and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Communicate with IT to resolve system errors and collaborate with the vendor to resolve operational issues.

• Use data to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and inform decision making.

• Extract and validate data from multiple sources within the Basil MySQL database to build monthly large market customer repair invoices.

• Build accurate ad hoc reports from Basil MySQL and/or Syspro SQL databases as needed for Direct & VP review.

• Maintaining high levels of ethical standards to protect customer data and property.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to include weekends as needed for operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and other standard MS Office products.

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL/MySQL. Experience in Python or other object orientated languages is a plus. Experience in Power Bi is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• ssociates degree or 2 years equivalent work experience. (Portfolio of coding work is a plus.)

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.

• Customer support experience preferred.

• Inventory control experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of Ware Management System or similar inventory management system.
