Job Title: Data Analyst 3
Duration: 6 months (Till Oct 2025)
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA - 2/3 days onsite
Interview: 2 rounds (video)

• Full audit of all data sources team have

• partner marketing/ manager team

• some info come from CRM, forms and most of come manually from spreadsheets

• data structure & data gathering

• sales data shared by partner to Client in spreadsheets and that should be automated in dashboard

• consolidate the data from the partner to create additional dashboard to read the data for executive team members

Skills:
Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing data sources, reports, and dashboards.
Re-organize and compile data sources to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Create new reports and dashboards for key data points including leads, referrals, revenue share, and number of opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, partner management, channel sales, and partner marketing teams to develop a data collection and reporting strategy and execution plan.
Refine data collection and reporting processes, automating workflows where possible.
Document updated processes, data sources (locations, methodologies), reporting, term definitions, access rights, etc.
Re-organize the content repository for data sources, reporting, and supporting materials.

Must have:
PowerBI & EXCEL

Nice to have:
Partner data or lead data experience
