Amentum is seeking a candidate to provide support to the Adaptive Capabilities Office/Advanced Resilience (ACO-AR) as a technical advisor and mission partner relationship manager across a varied program portfolio. The role is expected to split on-site time both at DARPA HQ and relevant mission partner locations. Successful candidates will lead activities in project management, technical and programmatic risk analysis, Concept of Operation (CONOP)/Concept of Employment (CONEMP) development, senior-level engagements, and technology transition. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, engaging mission partners, tracking technology use cases, and ensuring synchronization between DARPA, performers, and transition entities. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a technical advisor and mission partner relationship manager for Adaptive Capabilities Office/ Advanced Resilience (ACO-AR) across a diverse portfolio. Provide on-site support at DARPA HQ and relevant mission partner locations. Lead project management activities, including technical and programmatic risk analysis. Develop Concepts of Operation (CONOP) and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP) for various initiatives. Facilitate senior-level engagements and technology transition efforts. Coordinate meeting and maintain active engagement with mission partners. Track technology use cases and ensure alignment between DARPA, performers and entities. Required Qualifications: Experience with tactical network engineering and operations Experience with DoD or IC research and development programs Experience formally documenting requirements and supporting evidence Ability to work with little oversight to take abstract problems, provide detailed analysis, and generate recommendations, both individually and as part of a team managing a DARPA research and prototyping program Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility and Special Access Program access. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain an Active Top Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SCI and Special Access Program access. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or prior relevant military experience. Experience with information assurance product use, such as COMSEC devices and key management, classified network accreditation, DOD cyber security activities, application of cross domain guards Experience with Red Teaming, Blue Teaming, or IV&V testing Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to perform proof reading and quality control on technical documents and slides.
