Description:
We are seeking part time culinary team members to work in our Fesh Market facility. Candidates joining our family must possess great work ethics, professional appearance and a passion for producing a great meal for our guests.

  • Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • Prior food prep, or serve-safe certified candidates a plus.
Job Types: Part-time

Experience:
  • Line Cook: 1 year (Preferred but not necessary)
  • Cooking: 1 year (Preferred but not necessary)
Shifts:
  • Morning
Schedule:
  • 4-5 days a week available for work AM or PM

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Be able to efficiently execute through directions on shift.
  • Adhere to all kitchen/food safe policies and procedures.
  • Execute any or all orders that come through on shift within your training level.
  • Clear and reset your make-line before and after a shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, floors, and storage areas.
  • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to manager.
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. Give feedback when necessary.
  • Fill in where needed to ensure service standards and efficient operations.
  • Ensure daily maintenance is completed as per wall chart and target non listed items for routine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Ensure that all area equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
  • Stock products and ensure rotation.
  • Be knowledgeable of policies regarding personnel & operations, practice company policies at all times, and communicate violations of company policies, rules and procedures to Management.
  • Always show initiative towards company and personal development.
  • Provide support to General Manager & Chef as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of age
  • Success with customer service
  • Ability to keep inventory organized.
  • Possess excellent basic math skills
  • Possess the highest standards for personal appearance and attitude.
  • Be able to work on your feet at a high energy level for long periods of time.
  • Must have stamina to work 50+ hours per week.
