An innovative and growth-focused agribusiness is seeking an experienced Dairy Feed Sales Specialist to drive their strategic expansion into the dairy feed market across the Northeast. This organization has built a strong reputation within the poultry feed sector and is now leveraging its success to develop a new business segment focused on providing premium dairy feed solutions. This is a high-impact, remote-based sales position offering the opportunity to build and grow the territory from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts targeting dairy producers throughout the Northeast region


  • Promote and sell high-quality dairy feed products, including organic soybean meal


  • Utilize market knowledge and relationships to identify new sales opportunities and build a sustainable customer base


  • Provide technical and consultative support to dairy customers, offering tailored solutions aligned with their production goals


  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience within the dairy feed, animal nutrition, or livestock supply sectors


  • Strong understanding of dairy production and animal nutrition, particularly as it relates to feed quality and formulation


  • Established relationships with dairy producers and influencers in the Northeast region strongly preferred


  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


Compensation & Benefits:
