Position Description:

We are seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to join our team, focusing on developing software solutions based on requirements crafted by Business Analysts to address large-scale enterprise needs. Your work will be conducted within the organization's application development framework, collaborating closely with Business Analysts to fulfill client goals and implement effective business solutions.

his position is located in our USA VA Fort Belvoir USAVAFOR1 office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. "Preferred work location is one of our CGI offices in the Northern Capital Region; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area."

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities: Develop software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization. Work performed by the Application Developer is in collaboration with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client's goals to implements the business solution. Proficiently execute the work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project. Work directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third-party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, Javascript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.

• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
o Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.

• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Five (5) years relevant experience developing software.

• Security Clearance: Secret
o Access Level: IT-2
o Sensitivity Level: Non-critical Sensitive
o Type of Investigation: Current Tier 3 (T3) or National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

• DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification is required for this position.
o IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II
o IA Baseline Certification: Attachment 3 DOD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications Full
o CE/OS Certificate: Attachment 4 DLA Approved CS CE List v28 . Certification must be applicable to the Oracle based DAI Application Environment
o Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,800.00 - $108,300.00.
