Position Overview: In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design, enhance, and optimize D365 F&SCM and related systems. From gathering requirements to customizing solutions, you'll help shape the technology that supports our operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions
- Analyze gaps and recommend improvements to streamline supply chain and operational performance
- Lead D365 customization, development, and configuration
- Build integrations between D365 and other business systems
- Design and automate workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Manage testing, QA, and user acceptance activities
- Deliver user training and support adoption across departments
- Support project management and change initiatives throughout the system lifecycle
- Travel up to 50% for training, UAT, and on-site implementation support
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably with D365 experience
- Experience with D365 modules (Finance & Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Customer Service)
- Full lifecycle implementation project experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems
- Skilled in requirement gathering, use case development, and test planning
- Proficient in Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Agile project experience preferred
- D365 or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or SQL
- Background in enterprise application or ERP development
