Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview:
This role involves clinical skills such as assessing and developing behavior interventions, training staff, and maintaining communication with families. The caseload is manageable, with 8-10 individuals, providing an opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact.
Location/Schedule:
750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA - Schedule is flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to adults dually diagnosed with IDD and mental health conditions.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior and Crisis Intervention Plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and active certification with the Board of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Eligible for licensure as a BCBA in Georgia.
- Master's degree required.
