A well-established reference laboratory in Tucson, Arizona is seeking multiple Cytotechnologists to join their team. These are day shift, full-time (40 hours/week) positions offering excellent benefits and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Join a collaborative, high-performing cytology team
Key Responsibilities:

Screen and evaluate gynecological (Pap tests) and non-gynecological (NGYN and FNA) specimens
-
Accurately identify and interpret cellular abnormalities
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lab standards

Collaborate with pathologists and lab professionals for diagnostic review

Uphold all regulatory and quality control requirements
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree and completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program
-
Current Pap PT required
-
ASCP certification up to date (if applicable)

Must meet CLIA '88 requirements for high complexity testing

Prefer candidates willing to screen NGYN and FNA cases

Strong attention to detail and excellent diagnostic judgment
