Description POSITION TITLE: Cybersecurity Specialist Sr LCAT/POSITION : Component Rist/Mgt/Compliance DEPT/CONTRACT: Component Services Risk Mgt & Compliance CLEARANCE LEVEL: Top Secret REPORTING TO: Project Manager LOCATION: Hybrid, SCIF, TSA Headquarters at 6595 Springfield Center Dr. Springfield, VA 22150 (National Capital Region/Stennis Data Center in Mississippi WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS: 40 hrs per week JOB DUTIES: Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure and enforce quality assurance of security authorization documents, submittal of security authorization documentation to DHS Review team, schedule artifact delivery from the ISSO to Federal Compliance Managers nd the SCA team Ensure the successful completion of the Security Authroization process. Report status of predetermined government priorities and status of deliverables for all systems to the Federl Compliance Manager and the Contractors PM. Provide oversight that the primary point of escalation for the systems is in their program portfolio. Provide support of MGMT security authorization, MGMT inventory, MGM security training program, MGMT policy and MGMT procedures and guidelines. Inform stakeholders of system related compliance activities, i.e. FISMA scorecard, POA&M resolution issues, Authority to Operate (ATO), Contingency and Contingency Test Plan and Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTA) expirations. Support of improvemet for the OA Program and monitors DHS MGMT systems, OA requirements. Provide guidance, reviews and tracks POA&M. Consolidation and Remediation Plans for MGMT Systems to ensure proper remediation planning and POS&M consolidation for the FY CIO POA&M Sprint, Boundary Consolidation Team. Provides guidance and reviews requests for boundary creation, consoldation and/or major changes in MGMT FISMA Boundaries. Provides priorities to ISSOs based on the program priorities established by the Federal Coordinate schedules and travel for the Team.
