Responsibilities:
- Implement secure software development practices aligned with client STIGs, NIST, and FISMA frameworks.
- Conduct security assessments using Burp Suite, SpecFlow, Azure Defender for DevOps.
- Support vulnerability management, threat detection, and intrusion prevention activities.
- Configure Azure security controls, RBAC policies, identity management, and encryption standards.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate security by design into the client platform.
- Document security controls, authorization boundaries, and provide risk mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or DevSecOps Engineer in federal environments.
- Expertise with Burp Suite, SpecFlow, Azure Defender, and other cybersecurity tools.
- Strong knowledge of secure coding standards, OWASP Top 10, and data protection mechanisms.
