The Westinghouse Information Risk Management team is seeking a passionate candidate looking to explore exciting career opportunities in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be seeking a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or another related field.
Ths position is located in Cranberry Township, PA.

As a cybersecurity intern at Westinghouse, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the cybersecurity team with various tasks such as conducting vulnerability assessments, analyzing security logs and events, and developing security policies and procedures.
Learning from experienced cybersecurity professionals and gaining hands-on experience with various tools and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, incident response, security logging solutions, data security tools and authentication systems.
Supporting security awareness and phishing simulation campaigns.
Collaborating with other IT interns to share best practices and learn from each other.
