Description Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Richland, WA.

This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA, and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. The Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).
Implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program based on Hanford Site integration contractor-identified requirements; assure the security of technical and programmatic data; and design templates for cybersecurity systems that comply with federal cybersecurity controls, requirements, directives, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities: - Implement company-level cybersecurity requirements in accordance with the Hanford Site integration contractor program.
- Clearly define project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
- Define priorities and requirements and manage the project through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure phases.
- Ensure the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Identify cybersecurity requirements applicable to subcontractors and ensure proposals meet those requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field (project management, computer science, computer engineering, or other related discipline) and 15 years of related experience (such as cybersecurity, systems engineering project/program management, or requirements implementation experience), or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Familiarity and experience managing projects using both the agile and waterfall frameworks for project delivery; knowledge of identity and access management security protocols, and threat and vulnerability assessment methods; penetration testing; and experience working with PC and software applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of DOE Order 205.1 and National Institute of Standards and Technology cybersecurity requirements, protocols, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience with boundary and end-point protection intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), firewalls, anti-virus software, and email, web application, and cloud security tools and protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for internal and external customer communications; problem solving skills; and the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Team Leadership and Management experience.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).

Annual Salary Range (based on full-time 40 hours per week)
Grade 22: $155,625 - $204,775
In accordance with the Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc (Navarro) salary determination process, Navarro takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market.
