Job Overview: Graham Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee and lead enterprise-level cybersecurity programs across multiple unclassified and classified networks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, proven leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to manage geographically dispersed teams and support the organization's overall security posture. Location: Washington DC Responsibilities: Direct and manage cybersecurity programs spanning multiple enterprise security operations functions across both unclassified and classified networks. Provide strategic and technical leadership to multiple cybersecurity teams located at geographically dispersed sites. Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, processes, and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Coordinate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity initiatives support business objectives. Manage complex cybersecurity projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance standards. Oversee risk management activities, security assessments, and incident response planning and execution. Ensure program compliance with relevant federal regulations and frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, RMF). Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present updates to executive leadership and stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior cybersecurity staff and ensure alignment with best practices. Qualifications: Required: Must have an active Q or TS/SCI or higher clearance. Candidates with an active Q clearance will be given preference. 10-15 years of cybersecurity program management experience, including the direct supervision of multiple teams across geographically dispersed locations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field At least one of the following certifications is required: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and PMP (Project Management Professional). Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure Experience managing classified and unclassified enterprise security operations. Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and program management methodologies. Strong background in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, threat analysis, and compliance. Ability to lead technical teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Capable of aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives. Strong analytical skills to resolve complex cybersecurity challenges. Skilled at working across departments and with external partners.
