In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to monitor network security and evaluate emerging technologies.

Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility is mandatory for this position. Applicants must be U.S. citizens to qualify for clearance.
Requirements: - DoD 8140 IAT Level III or IAM Level III certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer security, military specifications, and DoD cybersecurity protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Responsibilities: - Continuously assess and oversee network security utilizing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
- Conduct log reviews with Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) and SolarWinds Event Manager (SEM)
- Evaluate the security implications of new technology capabilities and advise the ISSM accordingly
- Ensure thorough tracking of Privileged Users' Standard User Agreements (SUAs), Privileged User Agreements (PUAs), System Access and Authorization Request (SAAR) forms, and ongoing compliance with annual training and certification status
- Monitor and manage the cybersecurity workforce (CSWF) in accordance with current DoD standards
- Actively track SIPR for CTO notifications and verify their relevance
- Collect and assess site documentation for new sites while coordinating with site POCs for annual compliance updates
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a technical or cybersecurity-related field is preferred.
Compensation: At SimVentions, compensation is influenced by factors such as experience, education, certifications, work location, and skills. The projected salary range for this role is
$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. This range is an estimate and reflects competitive pay within our comprehensive compensation package.
