Business Classifications About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President - Cybersecurity Operations ServiceNow Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and continuous improvements within the ServiceNow applications used in the cybersecurity operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deployed ServiceNow SecOps products, ensuring the prioritization of enhancements and bug fixes, and coordinating with other stakeholders to address defects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in product management and development within ServiceNow, and at least 4 years in cybersecurity, particularly in the domains of cyber operations and vulnerability management. The candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow SIR, VR, MSIM, and GRC modules, and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications. Experience in managing agile backlogs, expert-level knowledge of agile methodologies, and a proven track record of managing consulting engagements are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated industry. Key responsibilities include managing the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow, overseeing large implementations, and designing and executing workflows within the platform. The role also involves championing ServiceNow capabilities to executive leadership, supporting consensus-building for transformative projects, and implementing a robust governance function for application and platform-level changes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and dynamic priorities. The candidate should be a problem solver with a diverse range of experience in driving change-leadership activities and be adept at structuring less defined requirements into measurable tasks.
