As the Cybersecurity Operations Center Manager, you will be a proactive problem solver, a collaborative team player, and resilient in the face of challenges and uncertainty. Your primary responsibilities will include:

We are excited to meet candidates who possess:
Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in an information technology field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity attack and defense strategies.
- Experience integrating threat hunting and cyber threat intelligence into incident response processes.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and reliability in all actions.
- Proven ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
This role requires availability to work Eastern Time hours to support global business groups.
Preferred Qualifications - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPM, or similar in cybersecurity, data privacy, or information risk management.
