The Opportunity
As part of the Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management team you are responsible for leading the creation and implementation of impactful threat detection programs. As a Senior Manager you are responsible for guiding the execution of strategic direction, promoting business growth and client satisfaction. You are responsible for overseeing recruitment, resource allocation, and facilitating impactful decision making while maintaining executive-level client interactions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information CyberSecurity, or Computer and Information Science preferred
- Leading the Threat Detection Management team
- Developing and implementing Threat Detection programs
- Setting strategic direction and driving business growth
- Managing client relationships and confirming satisfaction
- Overseeing recruitment and resource allocation
- Facilitating impactful decision making and project success
- Maintaining executive-level client interactions

The salary range for this position is: $103,500 - $233,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
