Role Title: Resilience and Disaster Recovery Contractor

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced contractor to develop and implement
comprehensive operational resilience and disaster recovery program across the
company. This role will be responsible for establishing the disaster recovery
framework, related policies and procedures, and ensure business continuity and
minimize disruption in the event of incidents or disasters. Summary of
responsibilities: Execute developing the program; building strategy, creating
Disaster Recovery Plan, perform Business Impact Analyses of critical apps,
help critical system owners develop their DR plans, and help coordinate the test of
those plans, and review the current DR Policy.

Responsibilities:

• ssist in developing and establishing a disaster recovery program to govern
's resilience.

• Identification of information needed to support the development of the
IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan, and system-level plans.

• Conduct a risk assessment and business impact analyses, including RTOs
nd RPOs, to identify critical processes and vulnerabilities.

• Identify critical assets aligned to operational resilience.

• ssist system owners with designing and implementing disaster recovery
plans, including data backup, recovery procedures, and failover strategies.

• Coordinate testing and simulations of disaster recovery plans.

• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff awareness and
preparedness for disaster recovery procedures.

• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service
providers related to disaster recovery. Internal

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the operational resilience and
disaster recovery program.

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in
operational resilience and disaster recovery.

• Partner with the Business Continuity Program leads, where needed, for
effective DR/BC program alignment.

Key Qualifications

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, threats, best practices, and
regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR, HIPAA)

• Working with Joint Venture environments is a plus, engaging and
understandable manner for non-technical audiences

• bility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

• Experience measuring training effectiveness and engagement through dat
nalysis

• bility to work cross-functionally with IT, People Team, compliance, and
other business units

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

• ble to plan, communicate, and execute planning individually and with
team

• Level of comfort speaking technically and non-technically, as appropriate

• ble to work effectively and successfully in a fast-paced environment

Required Job Skills and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational resilience, disaster
recovery, or business continuity planning.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.

• Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to
disaster recovery.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• bility to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Internal

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• WS Certified Solutions Architect

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
