We are looking for Roofers with the following skills:
- Basic knowledge of all low slope / high slope roof systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, flat roofs, BUR, Single Ply and architectural metal systems
- 1-2 years of roofing specific experience
- Commercial roofing experience preferred (5 plus years)
- Heat welding experience highly recommended (1-3 years)
- Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Ability to climb a ladder and carry up to 80 lbs
- Comfortable with heights
- Willing to travel
Working Conditions: - Work is performed in outdoor weather conditions. Must be able to work in varied extreme weather conditions (extreme hot and extreme cold).
- 100% travel locally, within assigned area. Some travel may be assigned outside of assigned area to assist another crew. May be responsible for driving the crew to work site.
- Repetitive bending, squatting, twisting and stooping with infrequent lifting up to 120 pounds is required. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Operating heavy equipment is required occasionally.
- Perform work in a fast-paced environment with precise production standards.
- Repetitive finger/hand/forearm motion necessary for installing a roof.
- Ability to manipulate keyboards, telephone keypads, and other office equipment.
- Talking and listening required for answering telephones and conversing personally with customers and staff. Manual dexterity required for accessing filing cabinets.
