Job Description: Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources, including Azure, Defender, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Security.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with CMMC standards.
- Design and implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Respond to security incidents and provide thorough investigations and reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage and configure security tools and software to enhance the organization's security posture.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices and protocols.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure secure configuration and management of cloud environments, particularly within Azure.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of data protection policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external security vendors and consultants as needed.
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including segmentation and access controls, to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Employ security best practices to ensure the highest level of protection for the organization's digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, including CMMC and other industry-specific requirements.
- Participate in compliance audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications: - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- Working knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Defender, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Security.
- Experience in security implementation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of network security principles and practices, including network segmentation and access control.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with other security frameworks and standards.
- Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention.
- Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
