Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully onsite role - 5 days onsite)
Specific Skillsets Required and/or Desired:
3-5 years' experience in information security policy and/or information security compliance.
Effective verbal and written communication skills - must be able to explain key concepts and concerns to non-experts and reconcile those issues with written/contractual requirements.
Critical reading skills.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate internally and externally, both orally and written, at all levels (Senior, Mid-level, etc.).
Attention to detail in written communications.
Significant experience in presenting at all levels.
Self-starter, comfortable operating in the "grey" and making recommendations for next steps; strong problem solver.
Strong relationship management skills: high level of interpersonal skills to interact with leaders at multiple levels and drive projects across various FLUs.
Familiarity with cyber security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO, COBIT).

1. Experience with cyber security standards and policies.
2. Communicate with internal subject matter experts within the company to collaborate on standardizing team responses.
3. Experience with Atlassian JIRA Service Management/Service Desk.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically, collaboration, track changes and comment features).
