• Position: Cyber Security Project Manager
• Location: D.C. area
• Position Type: Full Time
• Clearance: Must have DHS EOD level 4 or 5 (Public Trust to Top Secret) Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in insider threat detection, knowledge of the Insider Threat Framework, and experience working within the DHS environment. This role involves leading a team, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. Required Qualifications:
• Security Clearance: DHS EOD level 4 or 5
• Experience: PM with insider threat program experience
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Insider Threat Framework
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Desired Qualifications:
• Understanding of data lakes, emerging technologies, and AI
• Some experience with analyst work
• Familiarity with DoD vs DHS nuances Responsibilities:
• Lead the DHS Insider Threat program, ensuring alignment with DHS security policies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful implementation of insider threat solutions.
